The story

I built this for myself first.

I'm Mark Fazio — Sr. Loan Originator at Barrett Financial Group, NMLS #1455718. I run my book on Arive, and like every other solo LO, I was paying for a stack of disconnected tools — a CRM I never finished setting up, a texting app, a dialer, MBS Highway for monthly client emails — and still missing past clients to Rocket and Zillow.

So I started building. Not "building" like hiring a dev team — building. Bolt is the CRM I wish existed: deep Arive sync, real iMessage texting, milestone automation, post-close Home Reports, and property data that runs a refi prospect in 5 seconds. Everything an LO actually does, in one place. Nothing else.

It became too good not to share. So now I'm offering it to the LOs who get the same kicked-in-the-teeth feeling when a past client closes a refi with someone else.

How Bolt gets built.

A handful of things that shape every feature decision.

Mortgage-native, not generic.

No "deals," no "leads-as-pipeline-stages." Every field maps to how loans actually close on Arive.

Simple by default.

If a feature requires a 30-minute setup webinar, it doesn't ship. You should be productive on day one.

Built in production.

I use Bolt on my own loans before any feature ships. If it doesn't work for me, it doesn't ship for anyone.

Designed on purpose.

Typography, spacing, and color considered. A tool you'll actually want to open every day.

Fewer features, better.

Most CRMs have 200 features and you use 12. Bolt ships the 12 — and they're great.

Integrations win.

Bolt plays nicely with Arive, Twilio, BlueBubbles, and Smarty/Realie — that's more valuable than reinventing them.
