BOLT started as an internal tool because nothing on the market matched how mortgage teams actually operate. We open-sourced the thesis, and here we are.
We were a small LO team juggling five tools — a generic CRM, a dialer, a texting app, Arive, and a drawer full of post-it reminders. Deals slipped through cracks, rate locks expired unnoticed, and the CRM became the last place anyone looked.
So we built BOLT. One workspace. One timeline per borrower. Real-time Arive sync. Calls and messages that write themselves into the record. The kind of tool we'd always wanted.
A handful of principles shape every feature we ship.
Every click should feel instant. If it doesn't, we cut it before we ship it.
No generic pipeline stages. No sales-y jargon. Every field maps to how loans actually close.
Your Supabase. Your Twilio. Your Arive. We don't hold your data hostage — ever.
Typography, spacing, and color considered. A tool you'll actually want to open every day.
We'd rather ship one perfect pipeline than ten half-baked modules.
BOLT plays nicely with the rest of your stack — that's more valuable than replacing it.
Small team. High bar. We ship every week.
Founder. Former LO. Obsessed with rate-lock timing and keyboard shortcuts.
The people who make calls, messages, and Arive sync feel like one app.
Typography, color, and interaction craft — applied to a category that rarely gets it.
We'd love to show you BOLT — and hear what your team needs that we haven't built yet.
